### How are minutes counted?

Silences are not counted, only moments when someone speaks (AI or interviewee) count.

### How can I control my budget?

Your wallet is prepaid: you only spend what you top up. Set a low-balance email alert. If you turn on auto-recharge you can cap how much can be charged per month.

### Is there a free tier?

Yes, 60 minutes per month, no credit card required.

### How does billing work?

Top up your wallet from $12 via Stripe. Each minute of active speech is debited from your balance. When your balance is empty, the service pauses until you top up again.

### How does auto-recharge work?

After a top-up with “save card” checked, you can enable auto-recharge: when your balance drops below a threshold you choose, we charge a recharge amount of your choice to your saved card. You can also set a monthly cap.

### Which currency do I pay in?

EUR if your interface is in French, USD otherwise. The currency is locked when you make your first top-up.

### What languages are supported?

Currently French and English, with automatic language detection. More languages are coming soon.

### How is my data handled?

All data is encrypted, stored on EU servers, and GDPR compliant. Voice recordings are processed in real-time and kept according to your retention policy.
