# Raconte pricing

Raconte runs AI voice interviews. Billing counts minutes of active speech, nothing else:
creating interviews, invitations and shareable links is free, and silence is not counted.
There is no subscription and no seat fee.

## Plans

| Pay as you go | $0.12 per minute (0.10 € in euros) | Unlimited interviews and invitations once the free minutes are used. Top up the wallet from $12.00 (10.00 €). No commitment. |
| Enterprise | On quote | Volume discounts, white-label, SSO, dedicated support and SLA, invoicing. Write to contact@raconte.ai. |

Currency follows the account language: euros for French, US dollars otherwise.

## What is billed

- Billed: minutes of active speech during an interview call, rounded to the minute.
- Not billed: creating an interview, creating or sending invitations, reading transcripts,
  sentiment, summaries, API and MCP calls, webhooks.
- The 60 free minutes reset every month and are consumed before the wallet.

## Buying

The wallet is topped up from the app, under Settings → Billing. There is no purchase
endpoint on the public API, so an agent cannot buy minutes on its own: ask the person who
owns the organization to top up.
