2. Intellectual property and infringement

The Publisher owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use over all elements accessible on the Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the Website, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Publisher.

Any unauthorized use of the Website or of any element it contains shall be deemed to constitute infringement and shall be prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Trademarks, logos and content submitted by users (prompts, transcripts, recordings) remain the property of their respective holders, under the conditions set out in the terms.

3. Limitation of liability

The Publisher shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the Website.

The Publisher disclaims all liability regarding the use that may be made of the information and content on the Website, as well as of the transcripts and analyses generated by the service.

The Publisher undertakes to secure the Website to the best of its ability, but its liability cannot be engaged if unwanted data is imported and installed without its knowledge.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
